What I’ll Work For

Every Student. Every School. A Stronger BPS.

Retaining Qualified Teachers and Staff

As a parent with three kids currently in Bennington schools, I see firsthand how much continuity matters — the same trusted teachers and staff, year after year. I'll focus on what it actually takes to keep qualified educators here for the long term: competitive pay, real support, and a board that listens to staff before problems become turnover.

Fiscally Responsible Growth That Puts Classrooms First

Bennington is growing fast, and the board has to plan for it responsibly. That means asking hard questions about spending and debt — but it also means making sure growth translates into what students and classrooms actually need day-to-day: reasonable class sizes, adequate staffing, and facilities ready when families arrive, not after. I'll bring the perspective of a parent living this growth in real time.

Real Opportunity for Every Student, Every Skill Level

Every child in Bennington deserves a path forward — whether they need extra academic support, are ready for advanced coursework, or want to pursue the arts, athletics, or technical and career paths. With three kids at different stages in this district, I want to make sure "opportunity for all" means all.
